The chakras are energy centres in the body that are believed to be connected to different aspects of the human experience, including physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The album features piano compositions with a neo-classical ambient new-age sound, which aims to create a relaxing and meditative atmosphere. The album begins with Muladhara, the first chakra, and progresses through the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh chakras.
